Introduction
LL.M. Program “International Business and Trade Law” prepares professionals to work as highly qualified legal experts within the national and international legal market, as well as conduct research and academic activities in International Business and Trade. The Program prepares students to meet the challenges of an increasingly global economy by giving them the knowledge and training needed to handle complex transnational transactions that define the current legal and business environment. This program includes core courses in Company Law and Corporate Governance, International Commercial Arbitration, International Intellectual Property Law, International Financial Law, International Commercial Contracts, etc.
The Program aims to educate creative and active lawyers able to solve organizational and management issues, as well as work as legal practitioners and researchers at both national and international levels.
Program graduates will receive a Master of Law (LL.M.) diploma.
