BA Commercial Law (Hons)

General

Programme Description

Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Commercial Law is a three-year full-time course delivered at WIUT. It consists of subject areas found in an English law degree taught at the University of Westminster (London). Recent years have witnessed the globalization of trade and investment, the emergence of new markets, increasing trans-border merger and acquisition activity, and the growing convergence of trade, finance and global corporate governance. Modules for the BA in Commercial Law deal with the global and regional regulation of international trade and corporate law.

Law is a subject where you can develop a range of skills and explore many aspects of human life. Studying Law as an undergraduate gives you the chance to sharpen your mind, strengthen your understanding and deepen your experience across the full range of humanities and social sciences. You acquire both breadth of understanding and depth in the areas that interest you most.
